Each day, you'll be the face of Valley Roof Care to our customers. You'll be solving problems, delivering excellence, and earning the genuine thanks of homeowners who can't believe the difference you've made.

This isn't easy work. You’ll be climbing up and down ladders a lot. But that’s no problem for you because you’re strong and spry. The heights don’t bother you and you follow proper safety procedures. Plus, you love being the hero to your customers.

 

You’ll remove moss, leaves, needles, and other debris from roofs and gutters. You’ll clean up leftover debris from customers’ yards. Occasionally, you will pressure wash driveways and other surfaces. You’re the kind of person who treats each customer’s home as if it were your own. You are honest and inform customers of any damage done.
 

You'll need to provide your own transportation to our location each day. You'll be interacting professionally with our customers.

The work demands physical strength to handle our equipment and navigate different roofs safely. It requires an eye for detail that doesn't miss a single spot. It calls for problem-solving skills when you encounter unique situations. It necessitates the discipline to follow our proven processes exactly as you've been trained. And it requires you to interact with our customers professionaly.

We'll start you out on a training rate of $30/hour. Prove your worth and you can earn up to $50/hour with us. Be a superhero for us and we’ll treat you as such.
